Lakewood Open began as a way to highlight the city and get people to congregate downtown for housing seminars. The event has evolved into a city-wide open house that allows realtors to showcase homes for sale throughout Lakewood. We created the branding, banners, yard signs, and website.

One day each year, LakewoodAlive joins with the real estate community to showcase homes for sale in Lakewood. Residences for sale throughout the city are open for viewing from 1pm-5pm.
